Our host 
Sarah Puozzo.

The first edition of Zeelandia’s Masters Of Pastry will be hosted by Sarah Puozzo. A food journalist whose passion for food goes beyond the communication of it.

Sarah went to Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She writes columns for culinary magazines and media both in Belgium and The Netherlands. Her passions in the culinary world are pastry, chocolate, outdoor cooking, fine dining, Mediterranean cuisines and food trends.

Worldwide the most talented pastry chefs thrive and push the boundaries of what’s possible, trying to achieve the unachievable. Combining unique shapes, with the right flavour pairing, appealing colours and selected textures to design pastries to delight the consumers. Therefore, this year’s Masters of Pastry theme has to be Design in Pastry!
