Peter is a real expert in textures. His career started in 2003 as a young Chef de Partie. It didn’t take long before he became a Sous Chef Pastry and product developer. He impressed everyone by combining his unique craft skills with creativity. In 2016 he even started his own pastry company. His clients are not the least.
